Rock Crab Salad

1 cup (250 ml) rock crab meat
1 cup (250 ml) sliced celery
1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped green pepper
3/4 cup (175 ml) sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup (50 ml) chopped onion
3 tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp. (10 ml) vinegar
1/4 tsp.(1 ml) sugar
1/4 cup (50 ml) mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, then toss to mix well. Chill thoroughly. Serve on lettuce. Serves 6.
