Jellied Salad

1 Can Crushed Pineapple (19 ounce can well drained - reserve liquid)

Add water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups. Heat to boiling point and remove from heat. Add:

1 Large Package Jello - Lime or Strawberry
1 Teaspoon Knox Gelatin
1 8 ounce Package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1/4 Cup Miracle Whip
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Beat with egg beater and then add crushed (drained) pineapple and 1/2 cup diced celery. Add cherries for color. Pour into mold and let sit overnight.
This is lovely for any occasion.
