Scalloped Scallops

1 1/2 Pounds Scallops
1/4 Pound Butter or Margarine
4 Cups Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Parsley
1 Teaspoon Chives
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Mix butter with other ingredients except scallops. Toss together until mixed. Place in alternate layers in baking dish.
Spread bread crumbs on top. Bake at 400 F. for 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown.
