Tasty Turnip Casserole
Cook turnip and mash
Put into casserole dish
Make white sauce and pour on top of mashed turnip.
White sauce includes: 1/4 cup margarine, 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup milk.
Poke holes down through turnip to allow white sauce to go through.
Sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella cheese on top of white sauce.
Bake 325 F for 30 minutes.
