Berried Delight

1 1/2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1/3 Cup Butter or Margarine (melted)
8 ounce Package Cream Cheese (softened)
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Tablespoons Milk
3 1/2 Cups Cool Whip Thawed
2 Pints Strawberries, Hulled and Halved
2 (4 ounce) Packages of Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling
3 1/2 Cups Cold Milk

Combine crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan and chill.
Beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Add 1/2 of whipped topping; spread over crust. Arrange strawberries in an even layer over topping. Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package (you could use a large package of pudding mix and 2 1/2 cups cold milk). Pour over berries.
Chill for several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Chill. Serves 15.
Variation: Other combinations that can be used are 3 sliced bananas, 4 cups sliced fresh peaches or a 20 ounce can crushed pineapple drained well.
