This is a delicious refreshing dessert on a hot summer day
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
Stir together and place on a cookie sheet. Place in oven at 350 F for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir twice while in oven. Sprinkle 2/3 of mixture in 9 x 13 pan.
2 Egg Whites
One 10 ounce partially frozen tub of crushed strawberries, saving 1/8 of the liquid to combine with 2/3 cup white sugar.
Add 2 Tablespoons lemon juice.
Beat 8 - 10 minutes until stiff peaks are formed.
Whip 1 cup whipping cream and fold into mixture
Place over crumbs, then spoon remainder of crumbs over top. Place in freezer for 6 hours.
