2 kg. brown sugar 1 can evaporated milk 1/2 cup corn syrup 1/2 cup butter Place all ingredients in a large pot on medium heat and bring to boil. Stir frequently and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. salt and 2 tsp. of vanilla. To make chocolate fudge, add two cups chocolate chips. To make butterscotch fudge, add 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips. Immediately begin to beat mixture with electric mixer and beat for 15 minutes. Pour into buttered 13x9-inch and 8x8-inch pans.
