Fudge

1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup flour Boil sugars, milk and butter for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and flour. Pour into greased 8x8-inch pan. Let cool and cut into squares. Variation: Boil first 4 ingredients, adding 1/4 cup cocoa for chocolate fudge. For peanut butter fudge, add 2 Tbsp. peanut butter just before adding flour. Submitted by Sue Morrison, Summerside
