Tempt Me Truffles
4 cups (1,000 mL) icing sugar
8 oz. (250 g) pkg. cream cheese, softened
5 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 tsp. (5 mL) vanilla
Chopped toasted almonds and cocoa
Gradually add the 4 cups of sugar to the cream cheese, mixing well after each addition. Add chocolate and vanilla, mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in almonds or cocoa. Chill. Makes 4 dozen.
