Blueberry Bran Muffins

Blend together and let stand 5 minutes
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 cup all bran cereal


2 cups flour
1 cup white sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

Add to bran mixture, stir until just blended, then fold in about 1 1/2 cups of blueberries, either fresh or frozen. Bake at 400 F for about 25 minutes. Submitted by Marion Younker, Jewell Road.
