Chocolate Roll

4 squares semi-sweet chocolate 2 tsp. butter Melt in double boiler, remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes. Add 1 unbeaten egg and beat well. Add 1 cup of icing sugar. Cut up 25 marshmallows and add to the above. Set in refrigerator for half hour to stiffen. Dig out of pan and roll in one roll on waxed paper. Sprinkle with coconut. Slice as needed.
