1 cup whipping cream
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla, peppermint or almond extract
green or red food colouring (optional)
1 pkg. Christie chocolate wafers
Chill bowl, whip cream, add sugar and flavouring. Colour, if desired, with food colouring. (nice at Christmas time). Spread about 1 tsp. whipping cream on each wafer and stack on plate to form a log.
Frost top and sides with remaining whip cream. Decorate with chocolate curls or chocolate sauce. Chill 4 hours. When it's cut in diagonal slices it looks like a zebra.
