1 cup flour 1/2 cup icing sugar 1/2 cup canola oil 2 Tbsp. cocoa Mix above ingredients together and press into an 8-inch pan Top Layer: 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tsp. flour 1 cup coconut 1/2 cup walnuts (opt.) 1/2 tsp. salt Mix together and spread evenly over bottom layer. Bake in 350 F oven 30 - 35 minutes until light brown and soft on top. Frost with chocolate icing with red and green sprinkles for Christmas. Submitted by Laureen Handrahan, Tignish.
