(This is a microwave recipe that makes 12 pieces) 1 cup desiccated coconut 1 cup unsalted peanuts 1 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup sesame seeds 1 cup rolled oats 125 g butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup honey Put coconut, peanuts, seeds and oats in a big flat bowl. Cook on high 5 minutes. Put butter, sugar and honey in another bowl. Cover with absorbent paper. Cook 4 1/2 minutes on medium (50 per cent). Stir well. Add to mix in big bowl. Stir well. Spread evenly in a 20x30-cm lined tin. Press down firmly (try using bottom of a cup). Leave until cold and then slice into bars. Submitted by Lorraine Stevenson, York.
