1 box lime or strawberry gelatin (3 oz.)
1 box pineapple gelatin (3 oz.)
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 1/4 cups fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 8-oz. can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple
1 8-oz. can sliced peaches (drained)
1 cup miniature marshmallows
10 maraschino cherries cut in half

Dissolve lime or strawberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water and stir in ˝ cup cold water. Pour into an 8-inch square pan and chill till firm. Mix pineapple gelatin and the 1/4 cup sugar, dissolve in 1 cup of boiling water and add 1/2 cup cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch spring pan, 3 in. deep. Chill thoroughly. Cut the lime or strawberry gelatin into cubes. Fold cubes, whipping cream and the next 4 ingredients into the pineapple gelatin. Pour into the spring pan and chill overnight. Serves 12. Submitted by Helen K. Stewart, Montague.
