Moist Chocolate Cake

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1/4 cup of butter or margarine, melted

In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Add egg and butter mixture. Pour into a greased 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F 30-35 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar. Submitted by Barbara Dollar, Hampshire.
