White Fruit Cake

1 cup butter
3 eggs beaten
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each vanilla, almond, lemon extract
1 lb. golden raisins
1 cup red and green glace cherries, mixed

Cream butter, add sugar and beaten eggs, flavouring and mix thoroughly. Add milk, blend in flour, baking powder and salt. Fold in raisins and cherries cut in halves which have been tossed in cup flour. Mix all together with large wooden spoon. Use funnel fruit cake pan and bake at 300 F oven 1 1/2-2 hours or until cooked.
