Everyone loves to munch on a tasty hors'd'oeuvre, but not
everyone wants the time consuming job because at Christmas
time, our time is precious. That's why this is such a great recipe
- it's scrumptious and easy.
11/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 cup ground crackers
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 beaten egg
Shape the above meat mixture into meatballs. Cook in 1 Tbsp. oil
until browned and cooked.
Sauce: In medium-sized saucepan, whisk 1 bottle chili sauce,
1 500 mL bottle of grape jelly and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt.
Bring to a gentle boil, pour over meatballs and enjoy!
