Betty's Pistachio Salad

This is a nice salad that goes well with a hot or cold meal. It
even takes the place of a dessert. I make it for most of our
family get togethers and it is missed, if it's not there. This
recipe includes two sizes: for a small dish and a large dish.
I usually do a double batch as there are never any leftovers.
1 can (2 cans) pineapple tidbits
1 pkg. (2 pkgs.) pistachio pudding
1 small box (1 large box) Nutriwhip
11/2 cups (21/2 cups) small colored Kraft marshmallows
2/3 cup (1 cup) coconut
Drain juice from pineapple and add package of pudding to juice.
Mix Nutriwhip and blend in pudding mix. Add tidbits, marshmallows,
coconut and let chill 4 and 1/2 hours to firm.
