
Broccoli Balls
Submitted by Audrey Smith, Charlottetown10 oz. chopped broccoli, cooked slightly and drained
1 box Stuff n' Such sage dressing, cooked as per instructions
on box
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme and pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Mix all of the above ingredients together and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Shape into balls and put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 350 F.
