I serve this on a pedestal cake plate.
3 hardboiled eggs, mashed
1/2 cup chopped scallions
12 cups sour cream
1 jar of black or red caviar
Put eggs on first layer, scallions on second layer, sour cream
on third layer and top with caviar.
Chill and serve with crackers or slices of serrated English cucumber
and lemon slices.
