Christmas Garland Jello

1 (3­oz.) pkg. red jello
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup cold water
1 medium sliced banana
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup pineapple syrup
1 pkg. Dream Whip, prepared
1 20­oz. can drained pineapple tidbits

Dissolve red jello in hot water. Add cold water. Chill until syrupy. Fold in sliced banana. Pour into 6­cup ring mould or 9x5x3­inch pan. Chill until almost firm.

Dissolve lime jello in hot water. Add pineapple juice. Chill half cup lime jello until syrupy and then fold in 1 cup prepared Dream Whip. Pour over red jello in mould and chill until almost firm.

Chill remaining green jello until syrupy. Fold in pineapple tidbits, pour over contents of mould and chill.

Unmold, pile remaining Dream Whip in centre and garnish with almonds and maraschinos.
