Crab Quickies

1 5­oz. can crabmeat

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash garlic salt
Round melba toast
Tiny strips pimento
Tiny sprigs parsley

Drain crabmeat and flake with a fork. Add mayonnaise, cheese, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt. Chill until shortly before serving time. Turn on broiler. Spread rounds of melba toast thickly with crab mixture, spreading right to the edges. Set on broiler rack and broil about two minutes or until hot. Cool slightly and top each with a tiny strip of pimento and a sprig of parsley. Makes about 2 dozen.
