Christmas Scones

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup currants
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup red and green cherries
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups milk

Cream sugar, margarine and add vanilla and milk. Then add dry ingredients and fruit.

Roll out and cut. Bake in a 350 F oven for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
