Eggnog-Poppy Seed Bread

21/2 cups allĀ­purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1/4 cup poppy seed
11/4 cup prepared eggnog
11/2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
31/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease loaf pan. Mix all ingredients together for 30 seconds, pour into loaf pan and bake 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Loosen sides from the loaf pan and remove from pan. Cool on wire rack. Slice and enjoy.
