1/4 cup white sugar
11/4 cups boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. instant yeast
1 Tbsp. white sugar
1 egg, beaten
4 cups flour

Combine the first 4 ingredients, let cool. Add the yeast next and then 1 Tbsp. white sugar, 1 beaten egg and 3 cups of flour. Put in one small bottle of cherries and 1 small bottle of green cherries (drained and cut up to desired size). Add the 4th cup of flour. Let raise 11/2 hours. Place in muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 350 F. Yield: 12­15 rolls.
