1 can (8­oz.) whole cranberry sauce
4 sugar cubes
Orange extract
Vanilla ice cream

Heat the cranberry sauce, stirring occasionally. Soak the 4 sugar cubes in orange extract for 5­10 minutes. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each of four serving dishes. Spoon hot sauce over the ice cream. Just before serving, place a sugar cube on top of each sundae and ignite.
