1-1/3 cup flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup cranberries
1/2 cup cream
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter

Sift the flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the molasses, water and cranberries. Add to the dry mixture. Place the mixture into a coffee can, cover with tinfoil and place in a double boiler for 11/2 hours or until the pudding appears dry and cooked on top. Mix the cream, white sugar and butter together and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve the sauce over the pudding.
