Super Chocolate Fudge

1 pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
11/4 cups icing sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, with
sweetened condensed milk, stir in remaining ingredients. Spread
evenly over an 8inch pan lined with wax paper. Chill until
firm. Turn fudge out onto a cutting board, peel off the wax paper,
cut into squares. Store at room temperature. Makes about 3/4 lb.
Microwave method: In a 2 qt. glass measure, combine the chips
and milk and heat on high for 2 minutes. Stir until chips melt
and then add other ingredients. Proceed as above.
