This is one of my favourite recipes, and my whole family serves
it in their home to their children. They don't even know they
are eating broccoli. It is a very colorful dish that goes well
with a variety of foods.
4 cups steamed broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup green or red peppers
1/2 cup milk
1 cup diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
Fresh mushrooms (optional)
Mix all ingredients, except the cheese. Place in greased baking
dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 F 20Â25 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice with
sweet n' sour meatballs.
