1 cup chopped cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp. parsley
1/4 cup melted margarine
4 cups bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt

Combine berries and sugar and let set for half an hour. Saute celery and parsley. Add crumbs and seasonings. Now add cranberry and sugar mixture and stuff into turkey or chicken.
