Ham And Egg Terrine

1 lb. Maple Leaf Country Kitchen Ham
2 medium eggs, beaten
1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
2/3 cup half and half milk
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes or onion chopped finely
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 medium eggs, hard cooked and shells removed, sliced.

Mince the ham, add to next 8 ingredients and mix well. In a lightly greased and floured loaf pan (81/2x41/2­inch), spread one­third of filling. Place hard­cooked eggs lengthwise on filling in pan. Cover eggs with remaining filling. Bake in pre­heated 400 F oven 50­60 minutes or until filling begins to lift away from sides. Cool completely. Unmould with baked side up. Slice with a wet knife. Makes 8 servings.
