4 eggs, separated
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 cups homogenized milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

In a large bowl beat egg yolks until thick and light. Gradually beat in condensed milk, vanilla, milk and salt. In a small bowl, beat egg whites to soft peaks, gently fold in the condensed milk mixture. Chill. Pour into chilled bowl or serving cups. garnish with the nutmeg. Makes 7 cups.
