This is pretty, pink and rich and a tasty way to salvage broken
candy canes at Christmas.
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
2 cups milk
11/2 pints vanilla ice cream
Add candy to milk and beat to blend (an electric mixer works best).
Add the ice cream and beat until smooth.
Serve immediately. Makes 6 6oz. servings.
