Fruit Cocktail Cake

2 cups flour
2 eggs
1 -14 oz. can fruit cocktail and juice
1 1/2 cup white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt

Bake for 40 minutes at 350 F.

Top:

1 cup coconut
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup milk
