Fruit Cake with Eagle Brand Milk

2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs (slightly beaten)
3 cups (28 oz can) mince meat
1 can eagle brand milk
2 cups candied fruit
1 cup almonds (chopped)
1 cup red and green cherries (cut up)

Method: Flour fruit with 1/4 cup of the flour. Mix eggs, mince meat, milk, all baking soda, salt and flour, add fruit and nuts. Bake 300 F. in a greased and floured bundt pan, approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes. Cool before removing from pan. Submitted by Eileen Harris, Summerside, P.E.I.
