
Cherry Loaf
1 cup brown sugarbutter (size of an egg)
1 egg
small bottle of cherries (cut)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1/2 cups chopped nuts
Put juice of cherries in cup filled with milk. Put in loaf pan. Let stand 20 minutes. Bake at 350 F. Submitted by Mrs Richard L. Brehaut, Charlottetown, P.E.I.
