Kris Kringles - 1999

6 oz pkg semisweet chocolate 1/3 cup peanut butter 1 Tbsp butter 1 1/2 cups icing sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1/3 cup liquid coffee 1 egg 3 cups unsalted soda biscuits crumbled 1 tsp vanilla Method: Melt first six ingredients in double boiler. Cool. Add remaining ingredients. Cool and shape into rolls. Makes a nice dainty and keeps well. Submitted by Dot Bailey, Souris, P.E.I.
