Zucchini Bread

3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups chopped unpeeled zucchini
1 cups chopped nuts
1 cup seedless raisins
3 eggs
1 cup cooking oil

In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.

In another bowl beat eggs and add oil. Pour egg and oil mixture over flour mixture and stir until moistened. Pour into a greased loaf pan.

Bake in a 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
