2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped mushrooms
1 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 can (10oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/4 cup chopped pimento

Method: Saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender. Remove green pepper and mushrooms; blend in flour, then slowly stir in milk.Add cream of mushroom soup; heat slowly, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, green pepper and mushrooms; cook 10 minutes longer. Serve on patty shells, toast, rice or noodles. Yield 5-6 servings. Submitted by Maureen Cudmore, P.E.I.
