Chocolate Ice-Cream Roll - 1999

5 egg whites (beaten stiffly) 5 egg yolks 1 cup icing sugar 1/4 cup flour 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla Mix in order above, grease cookie sheet, place wax paper on sheet and grease again. Bake 15 min. in 350 F. oven, turnout while hot on towel. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Unroll . Fill with Ice-Cream and keep in freezer. Submitted by H. M. LePage
