Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge - 1999

2 cups large marshmallows 1 pkg. chocolate chips 2/3 cup perfection milk 1 2/3 cups white sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup peanuts (walnuts or almonds may be used) Cook butter , milk, sugar and salt over medium heat, stirring constantly. After it starts to boil, cook for 5 minutes. Then turn off heat and add chipits, marshmallows, nuts and vanilla . Stir until marshmallows are melted. Pour into a 9x11 slightly buttered pan.
