Cranberry Jelly

4 cups cranberries
2 cups water
2 cups white sugar

Pick over berries and wash. Add water, cook for 20 minutes. Press through a sieve and boil for three more minutes. Add sugar and cook for two minutes more. Turn into mold and chill (or) if you prefer, put in bottles. Makes about 2 pints. P.S. This is good with turkey or goose and it features our own P.E.I. cranberries.
