6 large chicken breasts or 1 chicken
Cover with water Boil until meat falls off the bone. Remove meat and pick out all the bones and fat, reserve the broth, put in fridge over night. Skim off any fat, cut up 4 large onions and boil in the broth until soft. Cut up meat fine, add some of the broth. (Sometimes I use all the broth, use your own judgment).

dash of pepper
1/2 tsp. cloves
Do not have it too dry. Make a crust out of rich biscuit dough. Put in shells, bake until golden brown, first brush egg whites over crust for a nice shiny look. Submitted by: Dot Bailey, Souris, P.E.I.
