2 pkgs. butterscotch chips 2 pkgs. chocolate chips 1 cup peanut butter 7 cups Rice Krispies 2 Tbsp. water or more 1 cup icing sugar 4 Tbsp. margarine Method: Melt butterscotch with peanut butter over low heat. Remove and add Rice Krispies, Spread half of mixture in 8x10" pan. Melt chocolate chips, margarine icing sugar and water over low heat. Spread over mixture in pan. Add remaining butterscotch mixture.
