Overnight Donuts

1 cup melted margarine
4 cups white sugar
8 eggs
4 cups milk
4 tsp. vanilla
14 cups flour
2/3 cup baking powder
3 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. Salt

Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs two at a time and beat well. Add milk and vanilla, beat well. Mix (in separate bowl) flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt. Add to creamed mixture and stir until blended. Put in greased bowl. Cover and refrigerate for night. Next day, roll dough thin and cut with donut cutter. Fry in fat in deep fryer (you will need approximately 5 lbs. lard to fry). Put cooked donut on brown paper or paper towel. Makes approximately 20 dozen donuts.
