Mincemeat Cookies
1/2 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 cups mincemeat 2 1/2 cups flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt Combine all the ingredients. Drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F for 12 minutes. Gail Feehan, Cornwall
