Carribbean Squares

1/2 cup butter
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup white sugar

Top layer:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut
1/3 cup cherries
1 tsp. white rum
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 1/2 cup icing sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. rum
5 tsp. + of pineapple juice

Instructions: Crust: Combine three ingredients and place in 9x9 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.

Top layer: Combine all ingredients, spread on crust and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 F.

Icing: combine all ingredients and spread on cooled squares.
