Chocolate Logs

2 cups icing sugar
2 cups flaked coconut
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. margarine, softened

Mix these ingredients together, shape into thumb size logs.

1 cup or 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate chips

3 tbsp. grated Parowax

Melt these 2 ingredients in small saucepan over low heat. Dip logs in chocolate mixture to cover. Drain and place on waxed paper. Submitted by Phyllis MacSwain, Appin Road, Bonshaw, P.E.I.
