Christmas Festival Loaf

1 3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, sweetened and undrained

Stir together flour, baking soda and sugar. In a large bowl beat eggs and oil together. Add strawberries with juice and beat slightly at low speed until berries are broken up. Add flour mixture and beat at low speed until batter is smooth with bits of strawberries still whole. Fold in nuts. Pour into a greased 9x5x3"loaf pan. Bake at 350 for one hour.
